Stan Tscherenkow is a business owner coach for founders, operators, owners, boards, and principals carrying consequential decisions on control, capital, governance, authority, leadership, and exits. Twenty-one years of operating exposure across software, manufacturing, family enterprises, professional services, and cross-border operations. Engagements are confidential and application-gated.

The work is single-principal. One coach, one principal, one decision at a time. No mass intake, no booking widget, no waitlist. Larger collaboration requests are reviewed before larger work begins.
