This site collects limited information you submit directly, analytics information, and technical information necessary for delivery and security.

What is collected

  • Information you submit. Name, email, phone, and text you enter into application or newsletter forms.
  • Technical, analytics, and advertising measurement information. Aggregate analytics via Plausible and Google Analytics 4 covering page views, referrer/source, approximate geography, device/browser category, and basic engagement signals. Google Analytics is configured without Google Signals or ad-personalization signals. Meta Pixel measures page views for Meta/Facebook attribution and retargeting. Certain technical log information is processed by Cloudflare for security and delivery.

What is not collected

  • No LinkedIn Insight Tag or additional third-party advertising audience tracker beyond the Meta Pixel installed on 2026-05-18.
  • No session recording, heatmaps, or behavioral profiling.
  • Meta Pixel may set advertising cookies or connect visits to Meta accounts under Meta terms.

How it is used

  • To respond to your inquiry or application.
  • To deliver the newsletter you subscribed to.
  • To understand aggregate content performance.
  • To maintain records required for business operations.
  • To prevent abuse and unauthorized access.
  • To comply with applicable law.
  • To protect the rights and safety of this site and its users.

Processors

Retention

Form submission data is retained as long as reasonably necessary to handle the inquiry, maintain business records, honor contracts, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Analytics data is aggregate and not tied to individuals. You may request deletion at any time.

Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure.

International transfers

This site is operated from the United States. If you submit information from outside the United States, it may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ from those of your country.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, object to processing of, or receive a portable copy of personal information held about you, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. Requests are honored within a reasonable time consistent with applicable law.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. Information from children under 13 is not knowingly collected. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact [email protected] and it will be deleted.

Legal disclosure

Information may be disclosed when required by law, court order, subpoena, or regulatory demand, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Stan Tscherenkow, site users, or others.

Tracking and Do Not Track

This site uses Plausible and Google Analytics 4 for analytics and Meta Pixel for advertising attribution and retargeting measurement. No session recorders or heatmaps are used. This site does not respond differently to Do Not Track browser signals because there is no consistent industry standard for those signals.
