One real situation.
Not a report. Not a list of everything happening in the company.
Ongoing 1:1 business work
For owners who do not need more information. They need direct pushback, a practical next move, and a relationship that stays with the business after the conversation.
Biweekly. Month to month. Direct with Stan. The work can combine coaching, consulting, and advisory as the business changes.
$1,500/month. No long-term contract implied. Larger company work is scoped separately.

Why ongoing work
One week it looks like pricing. Then it looks like a team problem. Then cash gets tight. Then every exception returns to you.
The topic changed. The underlying choice did not.
The point is not more information. The point is pushback strong enough to change what happens next.
What it feels like
The business can involve money, people, control, family context, timing, and regret at the same time. The conversation does not split those parts just to make the problem look cleaner.
Not a report. Not a list of everything happening in the company.
Facts, assumptions, options, and consequences are separated.
You and your company act with ownership and a practical next step.
The result changes the next decision. The relationship compounds.
What the relationship can hold
Ongoing work is useful when the owner needs continuity across management, growth, money, team, and operations.
Work can move without the authority to decide, approve, or handle exceptions.
Pricing, capacity, cash timing, ownership, and delivery can pull against each other.
Responsibilities, access, sequence, and proof matter after everyone agrees.
What continued work can become
One public work pattern shows the span: more than four years, a rebuilt offer, and six deals across Belgium and Hong Kong. It is evidence of what happened in that relationship, not a promise of the same result for another owner.
A working rhythm that kept earning the next month.
Five real-estate deals in Belgium and one in Hong Kong moved into action.
The owner could stop when the relationship stopped being useful.
Fit
The right fit is behavioral. It depends on what you want from the relationship and what you will do with it.
Common questions
Open only the answer you need.
Ongoing 1:1 work is biweekly and month to month.
You and your company act on the decision. The next conversation tests what moved, what did not, and what the new evidence changes.
No. You keep final authority and your company carries its responsibilities. If direct operating authority or delivery ownership is needed, that role requires a separate scope and quote.
Yes. Stan is based in Sacramento and works virtually with owners in Sacramento, across the Bay Area, and beyond. On-site participation, travel, access, and responsibilities are agreed when the scope requires them.
The relationship is month to month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month under the written engagement terms.
Ongoing 1:1 work
The request is short. No payment happens there. Stan will say whether ongoing work, a larger scope, one session, or another route fits better.
