One-to-one business work with Stan is $1,500/month. Every two weeks, month to month. Together, you work on growth, pricing, offers, team, operations or the next business move, then return to what happened when you acted.
The monthly relationship follows decisions into action. You and your team carry the work inside the company; the next conversation returns to what happened.

Return to what happened
The next conversation examines what moved, what did not and what new information changes. Adjust the work as the business develops instead of starting over at every meeting.
An illustration of the continuing work: a service owner is considering a higher-priced offer. Together, you could compare the customer need, included work, delivery cost and effect on the existing offer. The owner might test a limited version with suitable prospects rather than change everything at once.
The next conversation could examine actual responses, objections and delivery effort. You might adjust the offer, continue the test or stop it. This is an example of possible work, not a client result or a promise that a particular change will succeed.
Larger work
All corporate work starts with an inquiry and a separate quote.
Company advisory, consulting, fractional leadership, board work and on-site assignments each have separately agreed responsibilities and fees, including any travel. An executive appointment, project staffing and travel are not included in the monthly individual relationship.
Ongoing coaching
$1,500/month individual work, every two weeks, month to month. Work on the business and follow actions across conversations.
