The sequence

Five moves that change the week.

Step 01

Choose one primary engine.

Pick the site, offer, or system that has the best chance to produce meaningful revenue or authority with the least daily owner touch. Park the rest for now.

Step 02

Name the yes.

Find the exact decision that still waits for you: approval, pricing, response, quality, hiring, exception, or client delivery.

Step 03

Write the SMART target.

Make the result specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. Then ask the rude question: is this target real or just activity with better clothes?

Step 04

Move the power.

Transfer the decision right, the standard, the exception rule, and the consequence. A task without power is not delegation. It is waiting with a nicer label.

Step 05

Track tiny proof.

Write down what moved without you. Celebrate the small win if it is real. Fix the miss if the power transfer was incomplete.
